Back on Track Clothing - Return Policy

To return product(s) for an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping charges), you must first call 641-648-2685 for a return authorization number. Upon calling you will receive instructions in regards to your return shipment. For exchanges we ask that you make a payment of $8.95 to cover return shipping charges.
 
People products have a 30 day money back guarantee (excludes shipping charges). We ask that if the product(s) have been worn, that you wash and line dry the product(s) before returning them in the original packing. If product(s) have been worn & NOT washed, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $10.00. We do not resell returned items but use them for displays at shows.

Within 30 days, we will issue a full refund or gladly exchange any UNUSED product(s). Product(s) must NOT have been worn, dirty or torn and be in the original packaging before a refund will be issued (excludes shipping charges). If any product(s) are returned and are dirty, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $25.00.

We recommend that products be returned via UPS so that you have a tracking number.
